OTS Scheduled Maintenance

OTS client maintenance window is scheduled every week on Sunday from 12:00am - 6:00am. Additionally, OTS Plans two server maintenance periods a month. You can find upcoming server maintenance periods in the table below.

In 2017, [Kaltura](https://kb.iu.edu/d/bevs) will be replacing Echo360 as Indiana University's lecture capture and personal capture tool. Echo360 will enter read-only mode beginning May 11, 2017, and will be officially retired on January 1, 2018. For more information see [About the Echo360 retirement](https://kb.iu.edu/d/anyy). **Note:** From May 11, 2017 to January 1, 2018, users will be able to view, download, and export data stored in Echo360, but it will no longer be possible to add or update content.
In 2017, [Zoom](https://kb.iu.edu/d/bfqu) will be replacing Adobe Connect as Indiana University's web collaboration and conferencing system. Adobe Connect will enter read-only mode beginning September 1st, 2017, and will be officially retired on December 29, 2017. For more information see: [About the Adobe Connect retirement](https://kb.iu.edu/d/anxl). **Note:** From September 1, 2017 to December 27, 2017, users will be able to view, download, and export data stored in Adobe Connect, but it will no longer be possible to create or update content.
Some users may be experiencing intermittent difficulties accessing Exchange. System administrators are working with the vendor to restore service to normal. Updates will be posted below if they become available, but no further updates are anticipated until January 2, 2018. - November 13, 2017: Between 1:37pm and 5:25pm, users may have experienced an increase in difficulties accessing Exchange. - September 7, 2017: Between 10:30am and 2:51pm, users may have experienced an increase in difficulties accessing Exchange. - July 28, 2017: Between 8:04am and 10:01am users may have experienced an increase in difficulties accessing Exchange. Users who continue to experience difficulties may need to restart their computer to restore service to normal.
The Central Authentication Service (CAS) will begin requiring Two-Step Login (Duo) for IU students on Thursday, November 2, at 6:00am. IU faculty, staff, retirees and affiliates are already required to use Two-Step Login (Duo) for all CAS logins and will not be impacted by this update. Users requiring further assistance are encouraged to contact their campus [Support Center](https://kb.iu.edu/d/abxl).
Users are experiencing delays receiving some email delivered to Umail accounts. System administrators are investigating.
On Sunday, December 17th, following the completion of the fall semester, the IUCAT Classic service will be retired. For more information see: [IUCAT Classic Retirement](https://libraries.indiana.edu/iucat-classic-retirement-2017).
IU List will be unavailable on Sunday, November 26, between 6:00am and 10:00am due to scheduled system maintenance. Mail sent to IU List during this time will be queued and delivered following maintenance completion.
Slashtmp will be unavailable on Sunday, November 26, from 6:00am to 9:00am due to scheduled system maintenance.
